PPRELIMINARY ENTRIES: The following national teams have sent their preliminary entries:

Sunday, the 1^nd of August

12:00-20:00: arrival, registration, accomodation.Registartion will be in Janos Arany High School,  Salonta,str.Republicii 90.

Monday, the 2^rd of August

08:00-17:00: training, model processing at the flying field;

18:00-19:00: opening ceremony in Salonta;

20:30-21:30: Team Manager’s Meeting;

Tuesday, the 3^th of August

08:00-19:30: F1A contest day;

Wednesday, the 4^th of August

08:00-19:30: F1B contest day;

Thursday, the 5^th of August

08:00-19:30: F1P contest day

Friday, the 6^th of August

LUNCH ON AT THE CONTEST SITE: The organizer will provide hot lunch and mineral water on the 2^rd, 3^th,4^th, 5^th of August at the contest site, between 12:00-13:30, at 8 EUR/pers/day, 32 EUR/pers/4 days. Payment will be made by banking transfer together with entry fees.

The banking commission is in charge of sender, so that the whole amount of money from the entry form should be received in the Organizer’s bank account. Paymend by cheque are not accepted.

Payment will be until 30 June. Late payments will be subject of a fine:

- 1-31 July, 10% fine

- Payment made upon arrival in cash, 20% fine

FINAL ENTRY FORM annexed to this Info Bulletin will be sent to the Organizer’s address no later than the 15^th  of June.

SALONTA CUP – WORLD CUP F1A, F1B, F1C, F1P, Seniors and Juniors, 8-9 August 2009

Registration forms will be sent by fax or e-mail to Sporting Club “Metalul” Salonta, the Organizer of the World Cup contest.

Payment of entry fees and new entries will be made on the 6^th of August (reserve day) at Clubul Sportiv Metalul Salonta Str.Republicii 92.

The entry fees : 30 EUR/senior/class, 20 EUR/junior/class.

TIMEKEEPERS FOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Each team may enter one timekeeper having basic knowledge in English and possessing his own stop-watch, binocular and tripod. For this, the Organizer will ensure free board, lodging and banquet from the 1^nd to the 7^th of August.

INSURANCE: we stronglyreccomand all the participants to have their own health insurance and insurance against accidents and theft as well.

During the contest days, the Organizer will provide an ambulance with doctor.

NATIONAL CURRENCY:  1 LEU=100 BANI

There are banknotes of 1 LEU, 5 LEI, 10 LEI, 50 LEI, 100 LEI, 200 LEI and 500 LEI.

There are coins of 1;5;10 and 50 BANI

MONEY EXCHANGE: we strongly advise to exchange money only in banks and exchange offices.

EXCHANGE RATES  as today, 12^th of April: 1 EUR = 4,13 LEI, 1 $    = 3,08 LEI

1 liter 95 octane (with or without led)= 5 LEI

1 liter 98 octane super (with or without led)=5,25 LEI

1 liter Diesel fuel: 4,80 LEI

VISA: all the persons from UE  and Switzerland do not need an entry visa to Romania. For the rest of the countries, the visitors have to contact the Romanian Embassy/Consulate to get the necessary informations.
