-      entry form signed and stamped by the National Aero Club / National Federation

-      FAI Licenses of  competitors, TM, TM’s Assistant

-      the proof of payment of entry fee and fuel

-      model certificates to be presented only during model processing

-      2 national flags, approx. 1 x 1,5 m

-      national anthem on CD

RADIO FREQUENCY INFORMATION: The legal frequencies in Romania are 27MHz, 35MHz, 40MHz and 2,4 GHz.

We highly recomand using the 2,4 GHz by all the participants. It means safety for all and a smooth contest both competitors and organizers.

FUEL: The available fuel will be Morgan Fuel Cool Power, supplied by BBT, Germany. Every competitor will receive 1 gallon of fuel free of charge. More required fuel will be available at cost. The following blends can be supplied:

The fuel option (see the “Personal Information Form) should be sent to the Organizer, together with money in full, no later than May, the 15^th, as the Organizer must send to BBT the centralized Fuel Order 6 weeks prior the competition. After this date, no more fuel orders will be accepted.

The Organizer will handle the fuel to participants upon registration.

The deadline for payment is May, the 15^th.

Late payment up to 15^th of May will be subject of 10% fine.

Late payment up to 15^th of July and/or upon arrival will be subject of 20% fine.

Payment is to be made by banking transfer.

The banking commission is in charge of sender, so that the whole amount of money from the entry form should be received in the Organizer’s bank account.

Payment by cheque is not accepted.

The Organizer will provide all participants with hot lunch on the flying field, including water and refreshments, for 8 EUR/pers/day, from the 16^th to 21,23- 24^th of July.

For 8 days = 64 EUR/pers.

ARRIVAL IN SIBIU: By plane, on Sibiu International Airport.

                               By train and by car, from any directions.

WEATHER FORECAST: Usually in July, in Sibiu area is expected good weather with up to 30⁰C during the day and 18⁰C during the night, light winds up to 4 m/s, one shower/week.

ENTRY VISA: Romania is a member o the European Union. The teams coming from UE and Switzerland do not need an entry visa.

For the other teams, please ask the Romanian Consulates and Embassies in respective countries.

INSURANCE: The participanti are advised to have their own insurance for theft, goods, accident and medical.
